Nope — we’re the brains behind the operation.

We partner with vetted decorators so you get the best combo of quality, speed, and price without babysitting vendors.

What’s your typical turnaround time?

  • Screen print: Approximately 2 weeks
  • Direct To Film: Approximately 1 week
  • Embroidery: Approximately 2 weeks
  • Promotional products: Domestic (24 hours to 10 business days), Overseas (Please RFQ)
  • Kits: 10–20 business days
  • Large format: 3–7 business days

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. If it’s possible, we’ll make it happen. Rush fees may apply.

Can I get samples?

Absolutely — blank samples, size runs, or printed samples depending on the item.

What file types do you need for artwork?

Vector files: AI, EPS, or PDF (vector).

Don’t have one? We can rebuild or clean up your logo.

Do you offer design services?

Yes — legit, professional design.

Mockups, apparel design, campaign graphics, logo cleanup, digital assets, store visuals… you name it.

Can you match my brand colors?

Yep. Pantone, CMYK, Hex — we match and maintain brand consistency across all items.

Can you build an online store for our group?

Yes — modern, mobile-friendly, clean stores for spirit wear, staff apparel, onboarding, fundraisers, franchise programs, and more.

Do stores cost money?

Most spirit wear or fundraising stores are free to build with a product commitment.

Corporate/franchise stores vary based on complexity.

How do fundraising payouts work?

We track sales, provide transparent reporting, and send payouts promptly.

Amounts depend on product mix, margins, and participation.

Do you ship to individual homes?

Yes — nationwide. Great for staff gifting, onboarding, rewards, and spirit wear.

Can we pick up locally?

If you’re in South Florida, yes — just coordinate with the team.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, ACH, check, PO (for qualified organizations), and corporate billing terms.

Do you require deposits?

For most custom orders, yes. Established partners may have customized terms.

What if something arrives wrong or damaged?

Tell us — we fix it. No runaround, no excuses.

Do you offer inventory management?

For qualified partners, yes. We can stock, manage, and ship branded goods on demand.

Can you manage multi-location or multi-department programs?

Yes — hospitals, districts, franchises, corporate teams. We specialize in large programs with lots of moving parts.
